George Poveromo's World of Saltwater Fishing
BLUE MARLIN COVE, BAHAMAS – YELLOWFIN TUNA!
Old pals George Poveromo and Harry Vernon III are on yet another exciting adventure. This time, the duo run Poveromo’s MARC VI, a Mako 334 powered by triple 350hp Mercury Verados, some 90 miles from Miami’s Haulover Inlet to the Blue Marlin Cove, West End, Grand Bahama. Their goal: Run and gun as well as troll for dolphin, then – during the afternoon - switch to chasing birds and live-baiting for tunas. There’s never any shortage of entertainment when Poveromo and Vernon are together - or lack of fish catches! This must see episode showcases the subtleties involved in locating and catching dolphin in the Bahamas, and the fast-track to scoring tunas in Northwest Providence Channel.
