- The TV Listings/Program Guide information is incorrect. Can you fix it?
We provide schedule information and episode descriptions to third parties, such as TV Guide, who in turn provide this data to your cable, satellite or telecommunications service provider. Occasionally, one link in this chain will break and the incorrect information will appear on your guide. Should you notice a discrepancy, please email us the following information: Your TV provider, the show in question and its air date and time and when you noticed the discrepancy. We will make every effort to contact the data and TV providers to rectify the matter. Also, there will be rare occasions that require us to make a scheduling change that can impact one or more shows on a given date. Please be aware that if this happens during a given month, it does not allow the necessary time for program guides to be updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Why doesn't World Fishing Network show more genre-specific programming (more bass, more fly fishing, more saltwater, etc.)?
Great question! The simple answer is we serve a broad audience with varied interests. That said, we recognize that some genres receive more coverage during certain times of the year. We are constantly reviewing programs that could be a fit with World Fishing Network, and our goal is to provide our loyal viewers with a balanced schedule that highlights a variety of fishing and outdoor lifestyle programming that caters to our diverse audience.
- I remember you used to have theme nights that offered specific types of fishing. What happened to those?
As is the case with all networks, we are always evaluating our programming and looking for ways to enhance the viewing experience. World Fishing Network began to phase out theme nights after receiving high volumes of feedback from viewers that they were limiting to our audience by catering only to a specific genre. We strive to offer a diverse array of shows that appeal to our equally diverse audience, but at the end of the day, we know we won't be able to satisfy 100% of our audience 100% of the time (doesn't mean we don't try, though). Many shows that viewers enjoyed as part of the theme nights are still on; they're just slotted on different dates and times. World Fishing Network continues to offer the most comprehensive species coverage available anywhere, and rest assured, we will continue to do so.
- I am looking for a specific fishing show that isn't aired on World Fishing Network. Why don't you air it?

It's best if you contact that Show or Producer directly. Do an online search and try to locate their web site or Facebook page. Contact the Show, Producer or Host directly from there.
- I am experiencing a technical issue with World Fishing Network (such as problems with volume, the screen freezing/locking up, etc.). Can you help?
We strive to make sure that all viewers receive a consistent and high quality experience with our broadcast. Problems can stem from origination at our end, a cable provider's headend, code embedded within an episode of a show and even solar interference with the satellite. If you encounter an on-air technical issue, please contact us and indicate the nature of the problem, your location (city & state or province) the specific date, time, show title and program that was airing at that time. We will contact our technical team within one business day and begin working to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
- How can I submit my show for consideration for airing on World Fishing Network?

- Why are infomercials shown on World Fishing Network?
Reality is that in the competitive landscape of network television, advertising is one of the most important streams of revenue used to generate the content you enjoy. Paid Programming generally airs during overnight hours when viewership is traditionally lower. However, you will still see the occasional direct response ad (1-800) throughout the day.
- I reside in Quebec. Why am I not eligible to participate in your contests and sweepstakes?
We understand your frustration but there are several reasons why we are not currently able to open our contest and sweepstakes to residents of Quebec. Quebec requires adherence to laws and guidelines that would necessitate devoting resources that the network does not presently have at its disposal. For the same reasons, we are not able to permit residents of Puerto Rico to enter our contests and sweepstakes.
