About The Show
The Wild Grill explores the wild game culinary experience. Everything from the smallest of fish to the largest mammals, host Lindsay Lester prepares wild game dishes on the outdoor grill. Every episode will be full of recipes, tips, and information about the ingredients and most importantly the main protein. Each episode will feature a specific wild protein, from salmon or trout, bear or moose, duck or geese, and even some of the more exotic meat from crocodiles and Buffalo. Our recipes are not just for wild or exotic game, all our recipes can be altered to use your beef roast or steak, pork tenderloin or chop, roasted whole turkey or just the breast. Recipes are all made to be updated and made to be your own.
