Sportscaster turned outdoorsman, Carlton got his start hosting FLW Outdoors in 2001. He later launched Wing Media Group and produced over a dozen national fishing shows. Together with his wife Leigh (a budding fly angler) they explore all things outdoors to help you get your outside fix each week.
